hi! Another first time in Mommy Moments. My entry is my High School ID when I was in 3rd year (1992) . Yes! I still have it.. Look at me...so young and innocent, also in black and white! LOL!

I'm a techie person but I don't have enough budget to buy all those latest gadgets. my laptop and cellphones, camera and handycam were all given to me. :)) as of this moment, i want to have this one: hopefully i'll have it in a month or two. I really like it's feature and yet affordable (pero need pa ring pag-ipunan) Samsung Champ Duos WiFi E2652W  the second one that i would really wanted to have is an Apple Ipad. it would really a big help for if  I would have this. Chicken Adobo with Pineapple Recipe It's my first time to twist the adobo with some pineapple tid bits. I've seen it in Judy Ann Santos' TV ads. Nagtry lang ako and surprisingly, my pihikan kids love it. ingredients: 1/2 kg chicken (cut into serving pieces) 1 pouch del monte pineapple tidbits 1/2 cup vinegar 1/2 cup soy sauce pepper (ground or whole) 1 small bayleaf garlic (minced) cooking oil for frying procedure: combine all ingredients except for pineapple. marinate for 30mins. fry the chicken until golden brown. set aside the sauce when done frying, add the sauce and simmer add the pineapple serve hot! that's it! before After 

Friends Happy Easter everyone! but my post is about friends, :) Do you have many friends? of course! i also do! I have many many friends in different places, my childhood friends, my elementary friends, my high school friends, my college friends, my neighbors, my customers, my chatmates, my cousins, oh my! ang dami! I met them in different stages of my life. Friends come and go. Hindi natin akalain na ang super friends natin noon, ay enemy na natin ngayon! LOL.. totoo naman eh! At kung sino pa yung pinipintas-pintasan natin noon or pinagtsitsismisan eh siya namang close friend natin ngayon. Not all of our friends are the same. mayroong sweet, mayroong tahimik, mayroong madaldal etc. nakakalungkot lang na mayroon mga kaibigan na hanggang sa sarap lang kasama. Kamakailan lang, kasama natin sila...sobrang masaya! pero ngayon, lumalakad na sila ng sarili nilang lakad at hindi ka maalala.. at ang masakit isipin, maaalala ka lang kapag may kailangan lang sa'yo. I am loaded of work today... two invitations are due tomorrow... as of this moment, stickers in the envelope is yet to be done! half of my laundry is finished, (bukas na lang ang iba), but you see, i'm here in front of my laptop and writing my blog for today...Hala! A sign of mañana habit? layout-print-cut-envelop later!!!! nood ng show time habang ginagawa ang invitation! sampay after nato! Kulang nga pala ako sa tulog kaya tinatamad ako :(

Family Bonding After the mass, we went to SM Baliuag, had our lunch there and let our kids play (me, too! :D) Syempre pa, mas masarap makita na nag-eenjoy ang mga bata.

Palm Sunday, Domingo de Ramos or Linggo ng Palaspas       Palm Sunday is the feast remembering Jesus' entry to Jerusalem. Ayon sa Bibliya, nang dumating si Hesus sa Jerusalem, nagwagayway ng palaspas ang mga tao bilang pagsalubong sa kanya. Ito rin ang hudyat ng simula ng Semana Santa.        Bilang paggunita, ang palaspas ay winawagayway at binebendisyunan ng pari. Ayon sa aking lola, ang palaspas ay nakapagtataboy ng masasamang espiritu. Noong bata pa ako, naaalala ko na nilalagay ito sa harap ng bahay upang maharang ang pagpasok ng masasamang espiritu. Kapag hindi ito nabendisyunan ay wala itong bisa.       We attended the mass at San Agustin Church at Baliuag. Third mass na ang inabutan namin at grabe pa rin ang dami ng tao. Maswerte at nakapasok pa kami sa loob at nakaupo. At syempre nabendisyunan ang aming palaspas. Pagwawagayway ng Palaspas Inside the San Agustin Church (Patagong kuha :D)

Ectopic Pregnancy It is exactly 2 years since I had an Ectopic pregnancy, we should have a  third child. I was able to retrieved my blog 2 years ago and wanted to share: Dated April 23, 2009 "a week ago, i was excited when i found out that i was pregnant.. it was unexpected, not in the plan but felt very blessed. and it was very different from my previous pregnancies… i felt lots of pain at my back,  stomach and chest. i immediately thought there was something unusual. after the night i knew i was pregnant (12am when i had a pregnancy test) the pain became worsened and can’t bear to stand or walk. i called my ob-gyne, Dra. Evelyn Lao and told about my situation. she advised me to go to a nearest clinic to make an appropriate remedy for my situation..but, i want her to take care of me. so, hubby took me there. when i told my doctor all what is happenning to me, she told me that i was having an ectopic pregnancy and needed an immediate operation. to be sure, i was given a refe

skin protection It's officially summer. Uso ang swimming! Resorts and Beaches are highly in demand. Masarap nga namang magbabad sa tubig kapag mainit ang panahon.  But we have to be cautious about our body, not just during swimming but whenever we're out. Our skin is exposed to UV rays. Direct and prolonged exposure to sunlight can be hazardous to our skin. It can cause sunburn which eventually will damage our skin if not properly treated and if not properly maintained, can cause premature aging (wrinkles) or skin cancer. I have some of my tips on how to protect our skin: Apply lotion that has sun screen protection.  It protects the skin from UV radiation of the sun. Apply it at least half hour before going outside.  Wear hat and sun glasses to protect our face and eyes. Eat plenty of fruits and vegetables. Drink water (8-10 glasses) a day.  Syempre exercise regularly. of course, smile a lot! Para hindi madagdagan ang wrinkles. Possessing a good and healthy skin

siopao recipe My kids love siopao. I remember there were times they eat siopao almost everyday. My Tita Nida was the one who encouraged me to make it. This is my own version of siopao. Siopao Dough: 4 T sugar 1/2 cup warm milk 1/3 cup warm water 2 tsp active dry yeast about 2 1/2 cups flour 1/2 tsp salt Siopao Filling: about 250grams of pork 2 tbs vegetable oil or just plain oil  1/2 cup minced onions 2 tsp minced garlic 1/2 cup water 4 tsp oyster sauce 1 tbs sugar 2 tsp cornstarch dissolved in 2 tbs water Procedure: 1. Dissolve 2 tbs sugar in milk and water (dapat warm para maging active ang yeast). Sprinkle the yeast and let stand in warm place until bubbly, about 10-15minutes. 2. Gradually add remaining sugar, 2 cups flour and salt. Add more flour as needed hanggang sa maging sticky ung dough. 3. Place dough on a lightly floured space and knead until smooth and elastic (about 6 – 8 minutes). Place in an oiled bowl, i-cover ng elastic film or katsha

Invitation using adobe photoshop Knowing how to work with adobe photoshop is one of my greatest achievements. it's kinda hard but rewarding afterwards. i spend amount of time in reading and watching the tutorials until I finally I got the right blending and matching of photos and background. it also took lots of patience and hard works for me. During summer vacation, no more school projects. no printing job.. less income! Fortunately, being able to make invitations using this photoshop help me a lot during this season. Wedding and Baptismal often occurs this time. when i do invitation the things i ask: Occassion  Motif/themes - preferred by the customers.In the  wedding it's very important. theme also is very important in a birthday celebration unlike baptismal. if it's a girl, we all know that it's pink and blue for a boy. I mostly do the background. Name of the Celebrant - correct spelling is important. Date and Time  - precise date and time should be acquire
