Baby Shoes Fondant Pattern

BUKO PIE

I got this recipe in a website but I revised some of it until I got the "almost-perfect" outcome.. Buko Pie Recipe Ingredients: Filling: 2 cups buko meat (shredded or scraped) 1 cup buko juice 1/3 cup cornstarch 1 cup milk (I used full cream milk) 1 tsp vanilla extract 1/2 cup sugar (or more) Crust: 2 cups flour 1/2 cup butter (cut into small cubes) 1/3 cup iced cold water 2-3 tbsp sugar 1/2 tsp salt (no need to add if you are using salted butter) Procedure: Filling Dissolved the cornstarch in buko juice. Heat the milk and add the sugar before it boils. mix. Add the buko meat and the vanilla extract. cook for about 5 minutes Pour the buko juice-cornstarch micture and stir until thick. Turn off the heat and let it cool. Crust Preheat the oven to  375°F Sift the flour together with the salt and sugar. Put the butter and cut with pastry mixer or with two knife. RAINBOW CUPCAKE?

Yeah! A rainbow cupcake with a question mark. A rainbow cupcake but not that rainbow... whatever! You know why? I blamed it on our LPG. It ran out in the middle of baking. ...And, it was not really the 7 colors of the rainbow! But it turned out to be yummy na rin! Pwede na! :)

Moist and Chewy Chocolate Brownies Recipe

This is my third try baking brownies. My first try was dry, the second one was little dry too but more yummy than the first one. I baked that for my brother who was left for his work abroad at UAE. This time, I manage to wait in front of my oven, afraid not to over bake again. And turned out to be very successful! pineapple muffin recipe

Here's my version of Pineapple muffin recipe: What you need: 3/4 cup sugar 1/2 cup milk (fresh or eveporated milk) 1/4 cup butter 1 egg 2 cups flour  2 tsp. baking powder 1/4 tsp. salt 1 cup crushed pineapple Procedure: 1. Preheat the oven 375 deg Fahrenheit.  2. Beat butter, egg, sugar and milk using electric mixer until blended then pour the dry ingredients with continue beating. 3. Fold in the pineapple. 4. Pour the batter in muffin pan. 5. Bake for 15-20 minutes That's it! 

BRASO DE MERCEDEZ (hita de mecedez)

My first attempt to try Braso de Mercedez, then I called it "Hita de Mercedez" because i can't roll it out. The meringue turned out to be thicker as it should be.. perhaps the baking pan I used. But the taste was the same as tunay na Braso de Mercedez... hehehe... 50/50 rate.
