How to make Pancake from Scratch

Pancake is the kid's favorite breakfast. Toppings such as chocolate, syrups, and jams are a great combination for this. It is super easy to do. It won't take much of your time. Pancake can be easily made from scratch. Home Made Pan Cake

My kulitz insisted me to make pancakes this morning.  I haven't followed the exact recipe from my book but it turned out to be so fluffy and sarap! I just to share this recipe (which I revised!!:)). I am sure your kids will love it too! My Home Made Pan Cake Recipe Ingredients: 1 cup flour 1 tsp baking soda 1 Tbsp baking powder 1/2 tsp salt 2-3 Tbsp sugar 1 cup milk or (I used alaska evaporada) and I add 1 Tbsp vinegar 1/4 c. vegetable oil Procedure: Sift the dry ingredients. set aside. Whisk the egg, oil and milk mixture and pour to the dry ingredients Mix well. This is the time you turn on your kalan. put some butter to the skillet then, pour the batter mixture and flip. Serve and put the syrup you want.. My kids wanted it plain. Easy! Hope you like it!

pineapple muffin recipe

Here's my version of Pineapple muffin recipe: What you need: 3/4 cup sugar 1/2 cup milk (fresh or eveporated milk) 1/4 cup butter 1 egg 2 cups flour  2 tsp. baking powder 1/4 tsp. salt 1 cup crushed pineapple Procedure: 1. Preheat the oven 375 deg Fahrenheit.  2. Beat butter, egg, sugar and milk using electric mixer until blended then pour the dry ingredients with continue beating. 3. Fold in the pineapple. 4. Pour the batter in muffin pan. 5. Bake for 15-20 minutes That's it!

I took advantage to do the thing I really want to do… Baking. I’m a little work-free now and my children were sooooo kulit that they want a homemade cupcake. It’s one of the easiest cupcakes I made. It’s just a basic recipe, added some cheese and choco chips. Chicken Adobo with Pineapple Recipe It's my first time to twist the adobo with some pineapple tid bits. I've seen it in Judy Ann Santos' TV ads. Nagtry lang ako and surprisingly, my pihikan kids love it. ingredients: 1/2 kg chicken (cut into serving pieces) 1 pouch del monte pineapple tidbits 1/2 cup vinegar 1/2 cup soy sauce pepper (ground or whole) 1 small bayleaf garlic (minced) cooking oil for frying procedure: combine all ingredients except for pineapple. marinate for 30mins. fry the chicken until golden brown. set aside the sauce when done frying, add the sauce and simmer add the pineapple serve hot! that's it! before After 

siopao recipe

siopao recipe My kids love siopao. I remember there were times they eat siopao almost everyday. My Tita Nida was the one who encouraged me to make it. This is my own version of siopao. Siopao Dough: 4 T sugar 1/2 cup warm milk 1/3 cup warm water 2 tsp active dry yeast about 2 1/2 cups flour 1/2 tsp salt Siopao Filling: about 250grams of pork 2 tbs vegetable oil or just plain oil  1/2 cup minced onions 2 tsp minced garlic 1/2 cup water 4 tsp oyster sauce 1 tbs sugar 2 tsp cornstarch dissolved in 2 tbs water Procedure: 1. Dissolve 2 tbs sugar in milk and water (dapat warm para maging active ang yeast). Sprinkle the yeast and let stand in warm place until bubbly, about 10-15minutes. 2. Gradually add remaining sugar, 2 cups flour and salt. Add more flour as needed hanggang sa maging sticky ung dough. 3. onion and egg

i really don't know what to call this recipe.. i just learned it from my lola and i remembered she often cooked this recipe eversince i was a child. it's a delicious breakfast and very very easy to cook. just to main ingredients are needed here's how: 1 sibuyas tagalog and 2 large eggs i just heat the oil, saute the onion and add the eggs and season with salt. that's it!

ginisang ampalaya

i just want to share our own version of ginisang ampalaya. very nutritious! i normally soak stripped ampalaya into the water with a little salt to lessen its bitterness. ingredients: 1 small ampalaya (stripped) onion garlic 1 magic sarap (optional) 1-2 eggs 1 tomato 1 sardines (small can) oil heres how: - soaked the tripped amaplaya in a bowl of salted water and drain before it's ready to cook 1. heat oil in a pan. saute garlic, onion and tomato 2. add the sardines. and little water and simmer. 3. add the soaked ampalaya. don't over cooked the ampalaya 4. if the ampalaya is already cooked, seasoned with little salt depend on your preference taste and magic sarap. 5. add egg and let it simmer again in a little time. 6. served with hot rice. my kids like it very much and hope you like it too!
