Home Made Pan Cake

My kulitz insisted me to make pancakes this morning.  I haven't followed the exact recipe from my book but it turned out to be so fluffy and sarap! I just to share this recipe (which I revised!!:)). I am sure your kids will love it too!

My Home Made Pan Cake Recipe

Ingredients:
1 cup flour
1 tsp baking soda
1 Tbsp baking powder
1/2 tsp salt
2-3 Tbsp sugar
1 cup milk or (I used alaska evaporada) and I add 1 Tbsp vinegar
1/4 c. vegetable oil

Procedure:
Sift the dry ingredients. set aside.
Whisk the egg, oil and milk mixture and pour to the dry ingredients
Mix well.
This is the time you turn on your kalan. put some butter to the skillet then,
pour the batter mixture and flip.

Serve and put the syrup you want.. My kids wanted it plain.

Easy! Hope you like it!
