Moist and Chewy Chocolate Brownies Recipe

This is my third try baking brownies. My first try was dry, the second one was little dry too but more yummy than the first one. I baked that for my brother who was left for his work abroad at UAE.

This time, I manage to wait in front of my oven, afraid not to over bake again. And turned out to be very successful!

I'd want to share it with you...This recipe was taken from a site I forgot (sorry!). Credit to the owner of this recipe.
what you need:

1 1/2 cup flour

1/2 cup unsweetend cocoa

1 tsp salt

1/2 tsp baking soda
1 1/2 cup sugar
3 eggs
1 tsp vanilla
2 1/2 tbsp water
6 tbsp Glucose
6 tbsp butter or margarine (I used margarine this time) (melted)
1/4 cup corn oil (but I used olive oil)
chopped nuts of your choice (I used peanut, Sugo)

Procedure:

  1. Preheat your oven to 350 deg F
  2. line your pan. any size will do.
  3. In a bowl, combine dry ingredients and sift 3 times.
  4. In another bowl, combine eggs, vanilla, and water. beat at low speed
  5. Add the dry ingredients while continue beating at low speed.
  6. Add the glucose and change the speed to medium,
  7. switch again to low then add the butter/margarine and oil. Mix until fully incorporated.
  8. pour in your pan and bake for 20 minutes or test it with a toothpick. when the toothpick comes out clean, cook na sya. do not over bake or else it'll become dry.

That's it!

Mommy Moments: Preggy Tales

Happy Mother's Day!  It took almost two years before I got pregnant with my first baby.  I took series of medication just to get pregnant. When I suspected I was pregnant, I bought a pregnancy test without telling to my husband. I woke up early in the morning, took the test and the result was positive. There I told to hubby that we were having our long awaited baby. We were really happy that time. Nothing can compare it! I was lucky because I never experienced pregnancy symptoms like vomiting and nausea. I was just sleepy all the time and very lazy. When I was 6 months pregnant, My hubby went abroad to work. I gave birth without him on my side but he was constantly calling and knowing my conditions. But I never told him that I was already in contraction because I won't like him to be worried and might affect his work. The labor lasted 10 hours and gave birth to a 7.04 lbs baby girl through normal delivery... and that's the time my sister called hubby. Hubby's hom...
