Hospital Bag Checklist

Handa ka na ba sa iyong panganganak?
Here is a Hospital Bag Checklist as your guide.



Sa moment na marealize nyo na malaki na pala ang inyong tiyan. Malapit na ang pagkikita nyo ng iyong pinakamamahal. Iba’t ibang pakiramdam…Masaya, natatakot, kinakabahan.
Ngunit gaano ka kahanda? Ngayong nalalapit na ang inyong due date, anumang oras ay maaari na syang lumabas o maaaring sa hindi pa inaasahang pagkakataon ay lumabas sya ng mas maaga.  Ano-ano ang mga bagay na naka-ready na para pagpunta mo sa ospital?
Bukod sa paghahanda sa ating sarili, mapapisikal o emosyonal, kailangan din nating siguraduhin na nakaready na ang mga bagay-bagay na kakailangan para sa’yo at para sa sanggol.
Ano-ano ang mga bagay na kailangang i-prepare bago pumunta sa ospital?

Para sa ina:

·       Ilang piraso ng mga damit ng pampalit. Mas mahalagang komportable kayo sa inyong susuotin. Magdala ng 2 o 3 piraso ng terno na pajama at isang susuotin pag-uwi sa bahay, mga underwear.
·         Medyas, Paha o Guilder kung CS, mga bimpo at towel.
·         Tsinelas.
·         Mga personal na gamit pampaganda tulad ng make-up, lotion, oil, shampoo at paboritong sabon, lip-balm para sa tuyong labi, alcohol, toothbrush, toothpaste. Pantali sa buhok.
·         Maternity pad, ilang pirasong adult diaper, at iba pang toiletries.

Para sa baby:

·         Damit ni baby. Longsleeve, pajamas, booties, mittens. Magdala ng ilang piraso.
·         Madaming diaper ni baby dahil mas madalas pa ang kanyang pag-poops, changing pad, bulak, wet tissue, mild soap.
·         Blanket.

 Huwag kalimutan:
·         Mga importanteng dokumento tulad ID, philhealth, SSS. Pagsama-samahin at Ilagay sa isang envelop.
·         Cellphone at camera para sa unang selfie nyo ni baby.

Mommy Moments: Preggy Tales

Happy Mother's Day!  It took almost two years before I got pregnant with my first baby.  I took series of medication just to get pregnant. When I suspected I was pregnant, I bought a pregnancy test without telling to my husband. I woke up early in the morning, took the test and the result was positive. There I told to hubby that we were having our long awaited baby. We were really happy that time. Nothing can compare it! I was lucky because I never experienced pregnancy symptoms like vomiting and nausea. I was just sleepy all the time and very lazy. When I was 6 months pregnant, My hubby went abroad to work. I gave birth without him on my side but he was constantly calling and knowing my conditions. But I never told him that I was already in contraction because I won't like him to be worried and might affect his work. The labor lasted 10 hours and gave birth to a 7.04 lbs baby girl through normal delivery... and that's the time my sister called hubby. Hubby's hom...
