Palm Sunday

Palm Sunday, Domingo de Ramos or Linggo ng Palaspas

      Palm Sunday is the feast remembering Jesus' entry to Jerusalem. Ayon sa Bibliya, nang dumating si Hesus sa Jerusalem, nagwagayway ng palaspas ang mga tao bilang pagsalubong sa kanya. Ito rin ang hudyat ng simula ng Semana Santa.
 
     Bilang paggunita, ang palaspas ay winawagayway at binebendisyunan ng pari. Ayon sa aking lola, ang palaspas ay nakapagtataboy ng masasamang espiritu. Noong bata pa ako, naaalala ko na nilalagay ito sa harap ng bahay upang maharang ang pagpasok ng masasamang espiritu. Kapag hindi ito nabendisyunan ay wala itong bisa.

      We attended the mass at San Agustin Church at Baliuag. Third mass na ang inabutan namin at grabe pa rin ang dami ng tao. Maswerte at nakapasok pa kami sa loob at nakaupo. At syempre nabendisyunan ang aming palaspas.

    Ay, ang bad ko. Hindi ako nagsimba kanina.. :( Magpa pray hard na lang ako mamyang gabi bago ako matulog. :( Pauuwiin ko muna ang kasama ko dito sa bahay bukas.. papuntahin ko dun sa bahay namin para makakkuha ng palaspas na nabendisyunan (malayo kasi bahay ng parents).. ang bad ko talaga.. :(

    P.S.
    Bawal bang kumuha ng picture sa loob ng simbahan? Hala... di ko alam yun a, promise. hehehe... Hmm, siguro pwede naman yun, as long as wlaang flash at hindi makakaistorbo. :)

    hindi naman bawal..tinago ko lang, nahihiya ako hahaha... yeah, tinanggal ko yung flash para hindi talaga halata..

Happy Mother's Day!  It took almost two years before I got pregnant with my first baby.  I took series of medication just to get pregnant. When I suspected I was pregnant, I bought a pregnancy test without telling to my husband. I woke up early in the morning, took the test and the result was positive. There I told to hubby that we were having our long awaited baby. We were really happy that time. Nothing can compare it! I was lucky because I never experienced pregnancy symptoms like vomiting and nausea. I was just sleepy all the time and very lazy. When I was 6 months pregnant, My hubby went abroad to work.
